SEA principle activity is the provision of energy certification in compliance with government legislation,
with particular emphasis on future regulations concerning carbon emissions.
We have a team of level 3 and 4 accredited energy assessors. They bring with them a range of other
disciplines, allowing us to allocate more sophisticated properties to the most Appropriate Assessor.
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service we are reliable and carryout work to a very high standard.

Company History
SEA was founded in 2008 under the name Scotlands Energy Assessors, to provide residential Energy Performance Certificates
This early grounding in the provision of EPCs enabled us to become an experienced and a trusted provider of energy certificates.
Our aim is to become the leading energy certification provider in the country, offering fast and efficient services at competitive prices.
As legislation has changed to include commercial properties, so too has SEA. Our assessors are accredited to undertake residential & commercial
inspections at both Level 3 & Level 4 and, as a result of this quick reaction to the change in legislation, we now employ some of the most
experienced assessors in the Scotland.
The company has gone from strength to strength and has grown to provide national coverage to include the whole of the UK & Northern Ireland. We have provided EPCs for a number of key Property Developers & property management companies throughout Scotland. As a result of this growth, we are now Expanding into other areas, Such as Energy Advisor, SBEM Calculation, Air Tightness Testing, SAP rating, Acoustic testing, & PAT testing which we hope to provide in the coming months.

Our services are provided on a national basis, and we will guarantee a service provision time. We directly employ our energy assessors and they are accredited by Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK and UKAS. Furthermore, the company is regulated by the Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK , plus a high level of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
